JR Spas and Hot Tubs

We were having issues with our spa tripping the breaker. I purchased my Spa from JR Spa, shopped local. JR Spa repair guys came out to assess the situation. We replaced the breaker and that wasn’t the issue. We had to go through all the steps to find out what the problem was. It took a couple of weeks to figure it out. Then, we got a bad replacement part!!! So frustrating. However, the repair guys reached out for outside help and they all put their heads together to find a solution! We now have a working spa! The guy in the office, Joe, is wonderful. The repair guy was difficult to communicate with, but we figured it out. The owner was extremely helpful and patient. I am grateful!!!

JR's Spa repair worked great for me. Transparent pricing, prompt and good customer service. I appreciate working with professionals. Patrick is great, He had to come out three times to completely fix my hot tub. 1st time my stupid self had the hot tub empty ( because it would not power on and water was stagnant) you can not diagnose if there is no water. 2nd he fixed my blown breaker had the parts on the truck told him I suspect there is a temperature issue too but that could not be tested until the water heated up. 3rd he fixed my temperature sensor that showed the water was 89 and it was actually 111.9 He also tested and fixed my high temperature sensor. I hope I do not have to use them for a while but if my hot tub breaks again they will be who I call.

We had an amazing experience with JR Spas. The initial showroom visit was very professional. The sales team listened to our space constraints and our needs and aligned with a perfect hot tub for us. The install team was timely, courteous and professional. From start to finish I highly recommend JR Spas of Granbury, Texas. We are enjoying and relaxing in our new JR Spa.

They have gone above and beyond helping us keep our hot tub running. Joe has gone the extra mile to find us the correct parts for our tub, and Matthew has done amazing repair and maintenance work. Very fair and professional. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely have a great experience every time I stop in. Joe is always happy to answer any of my questions, and tolerates the kids when I drag them into the store for stops. We’ve been coming here for years! Always clean, good quality spa products!

Outstanding business I will never go anywhere else. Owner took care of me when I was in a tight predicament. Takes time to get the appointment but once they can get their they are gonna do a great job. Very knowledgable and helpful and extremely understanding from one business owner to another! They do give military discount, thank you so so much for this! Sorry took too long to write this review 11/2/23 services received. I will be back!

After calling lots of hot tub repair companies and a lot of people no showing or not calling back JR Spas scheduled an appt to come and fix our new to us hot tub. Patric and Matt showed up when promised and fixed the problems and got it up and going. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable about hot tubs. Highly recommend

Ken and his team are top notch - honest and ethical and all around great folks long after you buy the product from them. They have been there every time I needed them with maintenance and customer care that is unmatched this day and age. Thanka JR Spas!
